12th October 2018 was a memorable day in the history of department of Mathematics as Mr. Kashif Ali successfully defended his PhD Thesis under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mirza Mahmood Baig. He became the first research scholar of the department of Mathematics to be honored to get the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.
